लज्जिता दुःखिता जाता अधःकृत्वा ततो मुखम् । अहं पापा दुराचारा निःशंका परिवर्तिता

lajjitā duḥkhitā jātā adhaḥkṛtvā tato mukham | ahaṃ pāpā durācārā niḥśaṃkā parivartitā

Dengan malu dan dukacita, dia menundukkan wajah lalu berkata: “Aku pendosa, berkelakuan jahat; tanpa rasa gentar aku telah tersasar dari jalan dharma.”
