The Exposition of the Maheśa Mantra

Mahēśa-mantra-prakāśana

वराभयाक्षवलयकुठारान्दधतं करैः । विलासिनं स्मेरवक्त्रं सौम्ये सम्यक्समर्चयेत् ॥ ९८ ॥

varābhayākṣavalayakuṭhārāndadhataṃ karaiḥ | vilāsinaṃ smeravaktraṃ saumye samyaksamarcayet || 98 ||

Hendaklah dipuja dengan sempurna Tuhan yang lembut lagi anggun, berwajah tersenyum dan mempesona; pada tangan-Nya Dia memegang isyarat pemberi anugerah, isyarat penghalau takut, tasbih (mālā), gelang, dan kapak.
