The Exposition of the Maheśa Mantra
Mahēśa-mantra-prakāśana
सिद्धार्थैर्विहितो होमो महाज्वरविनाशनः । अपामार्गसमिद्धोमः सर्वामयनिषूदनः ॥ १२६ ॥
siddhārthairvihito homo mahājvaravināśanaḥ | apāmārgasamiddhomaḥ sarvāmayaniṣūdanaḥ || 126 ||
Homa yang dilakukan dengan biji siddhārtha (sawi putih) dikatakan memusnahkan demam besar; dan homa yang dinyalakan dengan apāmārga sebagai bahan bakar ialah pemusnah segala penyakit.
