The Exposition of the Nityā-paṭala
क्षीराक्तैः कैरवैर्होमात्प्रोक्तं काममवाप्नुयात् । धान्यानि विविधान्याशु सुभगः स भवेन्नरः ॥ १९६ ॥
kṣīrāktaiḥ kairavairhomātproktaṃ kāmamavāpnuyāt | dhānyāni vividhānyāśu subhagaḥ sa bhavennaraḥ || 196 ||
Dengan melaksanakan homa menggunakan bunga kumuda (teratai air putih) yang disapu susu, seseorang mencapai hajat yang telah dinyatakan. Dengan segera dia memperoleh pelbagai bijirin, dan orang itu menjadi bertuah serta makmur.
