शालीचणकमुद्गैश्च यवमाषैश्च होमतः । माहिषाज्यप्लुतैस्ताभिस्तिथिभिः समवाप्नुयात् ॥ १८२ ॥
śālīcaṇakamudgaiśca yavamāṣaiśca homataḥ | māhiṣājyaplutaistābhistithibhiḥ samavāpnuyāt || 182 ||
Dengan melakukan homa menggunakan persembahan beras, kacang kuda (chickpeas), kacang hijau (mung), barli, dan kacang urad (black gram)—setiap oblation dibasahi dengan ghee kerbau—seseorang memperoleh hasil yang sepadan dengan tithi-tithi tersebut.
