It teaches a disciplined inner-ritual: visualizing and installing seed-syllables (bīja) at the centre of the maṇḍala, so the practitioner’s mind, speech, and self are aligned with the deity’s creative śakti.
Even though it is technical, the practice supports bhakti by making worship precise: the devotee mentally consecrates the ritual space and their own faculties (vāk and ātmā) before offering devotion to the chosen deity.
Ritual application of mantra (linked with Śikṣā for correct syllabic power and Kalpa-style procedure) is emphasized through nyāsa—systematic placement/assignment of mantras in the ritual diagram and body.
