The Classification and Explanation of Yakṣiṇī Mantras
Kālī and Tārā Vidyās
Narada (in an instructional/vidhi tone within the Narada–Sanatkumara dialogue frame)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shringara
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It links purity-discipline (havis diet) and focused remembrance with mantra-japa, showing how regulated conduct plus devotion to the Devī is taught as a means to obtain tangible results in life.
Bhakti here is expressed as smaraṇa (constant remembrance) and japa (repetition of the Devī’s mantra); the verse emphasizes steady devotional practice as the operative cause behind the promised fruit.
Ritual discipline and correct practice of japa—especially dietary niyama (havis as a pure, regulated food)—reflects applied Kalpa-style vrata procedure rather than abstract philosophy.
