Kṛṣṇādi-mantra-varga-varṇana

Classification of Krishna and Related Mantras

श्रीबीजं शक्तिरापेति बीजेनैव षडंकस्तथा । त्रैलोक्यमोहनः शब्दो नमोंऽतो मनुरीरितः ॥ ११४ ॥

śrībījaṃ śaktirāpeti bījenaiva ṣaḍaṃkastathā | trailokyamohanaḥ śabdo namoṃ'to manurīritaḥ || 114 ||

Bīja “śrī” dikatakan mengundang Śakti; dan dengan bīja itu juga terbentuklah enam aṅga (ṣaḍaṅga) tubuh-mantra. Kemudian diajarkanlah kata yang mempesona tiga alam sebagai mantra yang berakhir dengan “namaḥ”.
