The Account of Hanumān
आवाहनादीनुपचारांरतथापि कृत्वा स्नानं पूर्ववच्छंकरस्य । औदुंबरं राजतं स्वर्णपीठं वस्त्रादिच्छन्नं सर्वमेवेह पीठम् ॥ ४५ ॥
āvāhanādīnupacārāṃratathāpi kṛtvā snānaṃ pūrvavacchaṃkarasya | auduṃbaraṃ rājataṃ svarṇapīṭhaṃ vastrādicchannaṃ sarvameveha pīṭham || 45 ||
Walaupun telah melaksanakan upacara layanan bermula dengan pemanggilan (āvāhana) dan segala perhatian ritual yang lain, hendaklah kemudian memandikan Śaṅkara sebagaimana ditetapkan seperti sebelumnya. Di sini, pelantar suci (pīṭha) hendaklah daripada kayu udumbara, atau perak, atau emas, dan seluruhnya ditutupi dengan kain serta kelengkapan yang seumpamanya.
