Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It highlights dharmic conduct through ritual purification (ācamana) and sanctifying daily acts like eating, showing that even ordinary actions become sacred when performed with proper observance.
By depicting Mahādeva with Viṣṇu in a shared, harmonious setting, it supports the Purāṇic spirit of reverence to the Lord and His devotees, where devotion is expressed through respectful conduct and sacred hospitality.
The verse reflects śrauta/smārta practice tied to proper ritual procedure—ācamana as a basic rule of purity before eating—aligned with Vedic discipline and customary injunctions preserved in dharma-oriented traditions.
