Hanumān-mantra-kathana: Mantra-bheda, Nyāsa, Yantra, and Prayoga

दशग्रीवशिरः पश्चात्कृतांतकपदं वदेत् । सीतांते श्वसनपदं वाय्वंते सुतमीरयेत् ॥ ७५ ॥

daśagrīvaśiraḥ paścātkṛtāṃtakapadaṃ vadet | sītāṃte śvasanapadaṃ vāyvaṃte sutamīrayet || 75 ||

Sesudah melafazkan “Daśagrīva-śiraḥ”, hendaklah kemudian menyebut kata “Kṛtāntaka”. Pada akhir “Sītā” ucapkan “Śvasana”; dan pada akhir “Vāyu” sebutkan “Suta”.
