Hanumān-mantra-kathana: Mantra-bheda, Nyāsa, Yantra, and Prayoga
प्रस्वापकाले शय्यायां स्मरेन्मंत्रमनन्यधीः । तस्य दुःस्वप्नचौरादिभयं नैव भवेत्क्वचित् ॥ ११९ ॥
prasvāpakāle śayyāyāṃ smarenmaṃtramananyadhīḥ | tasya duḥsvapnacaurādibhayaṃ naiva bhavetkvacit || 119 ||
Pada saat hendak lena, ketika berbaring di atas tempat tidur, hendaklah mengingati mantra ini dengan tumpuan yang tidak berbelah bahagi. Bagi orang itu, ketakutan daripada mimpi buruk, pencuri dan seumpamanya tidak akan timbul pada bila-bila masa.
