Hanumān-mantra-kathana: Mantra-bheda, Nyāsa, Yantra, and Prayoga

हं बीजं वह्निवनिता शक्तिः प्रोक्ता मनीषिभिः । आंजनेयाय हृदयं शिरश्च रुद्रमूर्तये ॥ १०८ ॥

haṃ bījaṃ vahnivanitā śaktiḥ proktā manīṣibhiḥ | āṃjaneyāya hṛdayaṃ śiraśca rudramūrtaye || 108 ||

Suku kata “haṃ” diisytiharkan oleh para bijaksana sebagai bīja (benih mantra), dan “Vahnivanitā” diajarkan sebagai śakti (daya)nya. Menurut nyāsa: hati dipersembahkan kepada Āñjaneya (Hanumān), dan kepala kepada dewa berwujud Rudra.
