एकैकशो न्यसेद्वर्णान्मंत्रस्य क्रमतः सुधीः । न्यसेद्धृदंसोरुपदेष्वर्णान्वेदमितान्मनोः ॥ १३ ॥
ekaikaśo nyasedvarṇānmaṃtrasya kramataḥ sudhīḥ | nyaseddhṛdaṃsorupadeṣvarṇānvedamitānmanoḥ || 13 ||
Orang bijaksana hendaklah melakukan nyāsa dengan meletakkan suku kata mantra satu demi satu menurut tertibnya. Kemudian hendaklah ia meletakkan pada hati, bahu, paha dan kaki, suku kata formula suci sebagaimana diukur dan ditetapkan oleh Veda.
