Mahāviṣṇu-Mantras: Aṣṭākṣarī, Sudarśana-Astra, Nyāsa Systems, Āvaraṇa-Pūjā, and Prayogas

दोःपन्मूलेषु नासायां प्रथमावृत्तिरीरिता । गले नाभौ हृदि कुचपार्श्वपृष्टेषु तत्पराः ॥ १० ॥

doḥpanmūleṣu nāsāyāṃ prathamāvṛttirīritā | gale nābhau hṛdi kucapārśvapṛṣṭeṣu tatparāḥ || 10 ||

Kitaran pertama (āvṛtti) dinyatakan berada pada pangkal kedua-dua lengan dan pada hidung. Mereka yang tekun dalam penempatan ini juga meletakkannya pada tekak, pusat, hati, serta pada sisi dada, rusuk dan belakang.
