Narada (teaching a procedural vidhi within Book 1.3’s technical/ritual instruction stream)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It prescribes a purity-and-auspiciousness step in worship: offering arghya with fragrant, sattvic substances and then bowing to Gaṇapati to remove obstacles and stabilize the rite.
Bhakti is expressed through orderly reverence—offering arghya with devotion and formally saluting Gaṇapati—showing that heartfelt worship is supported by disciplined ritual manners.
It reflects ritual-technical procedure (vidhi) and correct sequencing in worship—what to offer (materials) and when to invoke Gaṇapati—typical of the practical, instruction-focused portions associated with Vedanga-style discipline.
