Devapūjā-krama: Ārghya-saṃskāra, Maṇḍala–Nyāsa, Mudrā-pradarśana, Āvaraṇa-arcana, Homa, Japa, and Kṣamāpaṇa
तुरीयवनसंभूतं नानागुणमनोहरम् । अमंदसौरभपुष्पं गृह्यतामिदमुत्तमम् । जपाक्षतार्कधत्तूरान्विष्णौ नैवार्पयेत्क्वचित् ॥ ६० ॥
turīyavanasaṃbhūtaṃ nānāguṇamanoharam | amaṃdasaurabhapuṣpaṃ gṛhyatāmidamuttamam | japākṣatārkadhattūrānviṣṇau naivārpayetkvacit || 60 ||
Hendaklah diterima bunga utama ini—lahir dari rimba Turīya, memikat dengan pelbagai sifat dan berharum semerbak tanpa pudar. Namun bunga japā (hibiscus), akṣata (beras tidak pecah), arka dan dhattūra jangan sekali-kali dipersembahkan kepada Viṣṇu pada bila-bila masa.

It teaches discernment in devotional worship: even sincere bhakti must be expressed through śāstra-approved offerings, maintaining purity and propriety in Viṣṇu-upāsanā.
Bhakti here is disciplined devotion—offering what is prescribed and avoiding what is prohibited—showing that love for Viṣṇu is harmonized with scriptural injunctions (vidhi-niṣedha).
It reflects Kalpa-style ritual regulation (a Vedāṅga domain): selecting proper upacāras/dravyas for pūjā and observing niṣedhas (prohibitions) in formal worship.
