जाग्रत्स्वप्नसुषुप्त्यंतेऽवस्थासु मनसा वदेत् । वाचा हस्ताभ्यां च पद्भ्यामुदरेण ततः परम् ॥ १०७ ॥
jāgratsvapnasuṣuptyaṃte'vasthāsu manasā vadet | vācā hastābhyāṃ ca padbhyāmudareṇa tataḥ param || 107 ||
Pada penghujung keadaan jaga, mimpi dan tidur lena, hendaklah seseorang “berkata” dengan minda; kemudian dengan ucapan, dengan kedua tangan, dengan kaki, dan sesudah itu dengan perut (yakni melalui fungsi jasmani melampaui tutur kata).
