The Explanation of Sandhyā and Related Daily Observances
Saṅdhyā-ādi Nitya-karma-Vidhi
निमज्य सलिले तस्मिन्मूलं देवाकृतिं स्मरेत् । निमज्ज्योन्मज्ज्य त्रिश्चैवं सिंचेत्कं कुंभमुद्रया ॥ ३४ ॥
nimajya salile tasminmūlaṃ devākṛtiṃ smaret | nimajjyonmajjya triścaivaṃ siṃcetkaṃ kuṃbhamudrayā || 34 ||
Setelah mencelupkan (itu) ke dalam air tersebut, hendaklah diingati mantra Mūla beserta rupa ilahi. Kemudian, dengan mencelup dan mengangkatnya tiga kali demikian, hendaklah direnjis (air) dengan mudrā kumbha.
