Dīkṣā, Mantra-Types, Mantra-Doṣas, and Qualifications of Ācārya–Śiṣya

सौम्यास्तु भृगुपीयूषबीजढ्याः कथिता मुने । अग्नीषोमात्मका ह्येवं मंत्रा ज्ञेया मनीषिभिः ॥ ७ ॥

saumyāstu bhṛgupīyūṣabījaḍhyāḥ kathitā mune | agnīṣomātmakā hyevaṃ maṃtrā jñeyā manīṣibhiḥ || 7 ||

Wahai muni, mantra-mantra Saumya telah dihuraikan sebagai kaya dengan suku benih (bīja) Bhṛgu dan sari amṛta; maka orang bijaksana hendaklah memahami bahawa mantra-mantra ini berhakikat gabungan Agni dan Soma.
