The Characteristics of Devotion to Hari
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It teaches Hari’s omnipresence: the same way ākāśa (space) silently pervades everything, Vishnu pervades all beings and all worlds—supporting a non-sectarian, universal vision of the Divine.
Bhakti becomes constant when one learns to perceive Hari everywhere (in carācaram). This vision turns worship from occasional ritual into continuous remembrance, reverence, and compassionate conduct toward all beings.
No specific Vedāṅga technique is taught in this verse; its practical takeaway is interpretive: using precise meaning of terms like sthāvara-jaṅgama and carācaram supports correct scriptural understanding (śāstra-artha) that guides dharmic practice.
