Mokṣopāya: Bhakti-rooted Jñāna and the Aṣṭāṅga Yoga of Viṣṇu-Meditation
Narada (teaching in the Narada Purana’s didactic dialogue tradition, aligned with Sanatkumara-style instruction)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti (devotion)
Secondary Rasa: shanta (peace)
It teaches that the Supreme Lord is present as the inner overseer in the heart of every embodied being, so liberation-oriented life should be grounded in surrender (śaraṇāgati) to that ever-present Divine support of all.
Bhakti here is expressed as taking refuge in the Lord who is not distant but seated within the heart—devotion becomes an inner turning, trusting Him as the incomparable foundation of all existence and the guide of one’s actions.
No specific Vedāṅga technique is taught in this verse; its practical takeaway is ethical-spiritual discipline: act with awareness that the Lord witnesses and governs all actions, and cultivate surrender as a daily sādhanā.
