यद्यत्पश्यति तत्सर्वं पश्येदात्मवदात्मनि । प्रत्याहृतानीन्द्रियाणि धारयेत्सा तु धारणा ॥ ३२ ॥
yadyatpaśyati tatsarvaṃ paśyedātmavadātmani | pratyāhṛtānīndriyāṇi dhārayetsā tu dhāraṇā || 32 ||
Apa jua yang dilihat, hendaklah dipandang semuanya di dalam Diri (Ātman), sebagai sehakikat dengan Diri. Dengan indera yang telah ditarik masuk, teguhkanlah minda dengan mantap—itulah dhāraṇā (tumpuan).
