Narada
Vrata: Pūrṇimā-vrata culminating in udyāpana (as described in the surrounding context)
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It emphasizes that a vow (vrata) is spiritually complete only when properly concluded with udyāpana at the prescribed sacred time—here, Kārtika Pūrṇimā—so the merit is sealed and dedicated according to dharma.
By directing the practitioner to finish the observance with a formal concluding rite, it frames devotion as disciplined, time-bound worship—offering one’s sustained practice and its fruits in a reverent, scripturally guided way.
Kalpa (ritual procedure) and Jyotiṣa-based sacred timing are implied: the verse specifies the correct tithi and month (Kārtika Pūrṇimā) for udyāpana, reflecting the importance of precise ritual calendrics.
