उत्पत्तिलक्षणं चैव सर्वं संक्षेपतो ब्रुवे । एकं दश शतं चैव सहस्रायुतलक्षकम् ॥ १२ ॥

Transliteration

utpattilakṣaṇaṃ caiva sarvaṃ saṃkṣepato bruve | ekaṃ daśa śataṃ caiva sahasrāyutalakṣakam || 12 ||

Translation

Aku akan menyatakan secara ringkas ciri-ciri penciptaan. Pertama, fahamilah ukuran bilangan: satu, sepuluh, seratus, seribu, sepuluh ribu, dan lakh (seratus ribu).
