पूर्वमेव महाभाग कपिलर्षिमहं द्विज । प्रष्टुमभ्युद्यतो गत्वा श्रेयः किंत्वत्र संशये ॥ ७ ॥
pūrvameva mahābhāga kapilarṣimahaṃ dvija | praṣṭumabhyudyato gatvā śreyaḥ kiṃtvatra saṃśaye || 7 ||
Dahulu, wahai dwija yang berbahagia, aku telah pergi kepada resi Kapila, bertekad bertanya tentang kebajikan tertinggi; namun tentang perkara ini aku masih diliputi keraguan.
