अमिष्टं जायते मिष्टं मिष्टादुद्विजते जनः । आदिमध्यावसानेषु किमन्नं रुचिकारणम् ॥ ६० ॥
amiṣṭaṃ jāyate miṣṭaṃ miṣṭādudvijate janaḥ | ādimadhyāvasāneṣu kimannaṃ rucikāraṇam || 60 ||
Daripada yang tidak menyenangkan, yang menyenangkan pun timbul; dan daripada yang menyenangkan, manusia kembali merasa jemu. Pada awal, pertengahan, dan akhir—makanan apakah yang benar-benar menjadi sebab kelazatan yang berkekalan?
