Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It teaches that a rite is completed not only by formal procedure but by sustaining a sacred inner mood—spending the remaining night in auspicious remembrance through song, hymn-recitation, and japa.
Bhakti is shown as continuous engagement: after ritual acts, the devotee remains absorbed in praise (stava), chanting (japa), and auspicious singing, keeping the mind anchored in the divine rather than returning to ordinary distractions.
The verse emphasizes practical ritual discipline (kalpa-style conduct): timing (night observance) and method (stotra-patha and japa as prescribed auxiliaries to worship), rather than a technical lesson in grammar or astrology.
