It teaches that devotion is expressed through both inner tenderness (snigdha-mānasa) and outward reverent worship (upacāra), extending honor to Kṛṣṇa’s divine family and foster family as revered participants in the līlā.
Bhakti is shown as affectionate reverence enacted through simple, traditional services—beginning with pādya—performed with love rather than mere formality, and by venerating those intimately connected with Bhagavān’s manifestation.
Ritual procedure (kalpa/ācāra) is implied through the mention of upacāras starting with pādya, indicating ordered worship-services used in pūjā and vrata observances.
