द्वादशमासेषु अष्टमी-व्रत-कथनम्
Account of the Aṣṭamī Vow Across the Twelve Months
नैवेद्यं शर्करोपेतं दत्वाऽचमनमर्पयेत् । भोजयित्वा ततो विप्रान्दत्वा स्वर्णं च दक्षिणाम् ॥ ११ ॥
naivedyaṃ śarkaropetaṃ datvā'camanamarpayet | bhojayitvā tato viprāndatvā svarṇaṃ ca dakṣiṇām || 11 ||
Sesudah mempersembahkan naivedya yang disertai gula, hendaklah dipersembahkan air ācamanam untuk menyeruput. Kemudian, setelah menjamu para brāhmaṇa, hendaklah diberikan emas sebagai dakṣiṇā.
