The Exposition of the Ṣaṣṭhī-vrata Observed Through the Twelve Months
अभ्यर्च्य विधिवत्तस्या नैवेद्यं पुरतो न्यसेत् । त्रपुषैरपि कूष्माण्डैर्नालिकेरैः सुदाडिमैः ॥ १६ ॥
abhyarcya vidhivattasyā naivedyaṃ purato nyaset | trapuṣairapi kūṣmāṇḍairnālikeraiḥ sudāḍimaiḥ || 16 ||
Setelah memuja Baginda itu menurut tatacara yang benar, hendaklah diletakkan naivedya (persembahan makanan) di hadapan Dewa; walaupun hanya dengan timun, labu, kelapa dan delima yang elok sekalipun.
