Narada (narrative instruction within the Anukramanika-style summary section)
Vrata: Gaurī-vrata (context)
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It emphasizes practical devotion through simple, sattvic offerings—showing that worship is supported by purity of intention expressed via basic upacāras (incense, lamp) and naivedya (food offerings).
Bhakti here is enacted as tangible service: offering light, fragrance, and nourishing foods. The verse highlights accessible devotion—one can honor the deity with commonplace items offered reverentially.
Ritual procedure (kalpa/ācāra) is implied: selection of upacāras and naivedya for worship, indicating the applied discipline of correct offerings and observance in a vrata/puja context.
