Adhyaya 91 — The Gods’ Hymn to Kātyāyanī and the Goddess’ Prophecy of Future Manifestations
sṛṣṭi-sthiti-vināśānāṃ śakti-bhūte sanātani | guṇāśraye guṇa-maye nārāyaṇi namo 'stu te ||

All processes—arising, sustaining, ending—are sacred movements of Shakti. This reframes loss and change as part of cosmic order, encouraging steadiness and dharmic action without panic.
Directly resonates with sarga and pralaya as cosmic functions, though delivered as devotional hymn rather than narrative enumeration.
‘Support of guṇas’ yet ‘made of guṇas’ indicates transcendence-and-immanence: Devī is both the conditioning modes (sattva/rajas/tamas) and the ground in which they appear.
