Adhyaya 62 — The Fire-God Enters the Brahmin Youth; Varuthini’s Love-Sickness and Kali’s Disguise
मुनिशापकृता किंनु केनचित् किं विमानिता ।
वाष्पवारिपरिक्लिन्नमियं धत्ते यतो मुखम् ॥
muni-śāpa-kṛtā kiṃ nu kenacit kiṃ vimānitā |
vāṣpa-vāri-pariklinnaṃ iyaṃ dhatte yato mukham ||
“Adakah dia terkena sumpahan seorang resi, atau adakah seseorang telah menghina dirinya? Kerana wajahnya basah oleh air mata.”
