Adhyaya 34Madālāsā’s Instruction on Sadācāra (Householder Conduct, Purity, and Daily Rites)

अन्तर्जानुस्तथाऽचामेत् त्रिश्चतुर्वा पिबेदपः ।

परिमृज्य द्विरास्यान्तं खानि मूर्धानमेव च ॥

antarjānus tathā 'cāmet triś caturvā pibed apaḥ | parimṛjya dvir āsyāntaṃ khāni mūrdhānam eva ca ||

Dengan lutut dirapatkan (dalam postur yang benar), hendaklah melakukan ācamana, meneguk air tiga kali—atau empat. Kemudian mengelap bahagian dalam mulut dua kali, serta mengelap bukaan pancaindera dan kepala.
