निवातकवचवधः — Arjuna’s Neutralization of the Nivātakavacas

दक्षिणस्यां दिशि यमं प्रत्यपश्यं व्यवस्थितम् । वरुणं देवराजं च यथास्थानमवस्थितम्,दक्षिण दिशाकी ओर दृष्टिपात करनेपर मुझे साक्षात् यमराज खड़े दिखायी दिये। वरुण और देवराज इन्द्र भी क्रमश: पश्चिम और पूर्व दिशामें यथास्थान खड़े हो गये
dakṣiṇasyāṃ diśi yamaṃ pratyapaśyaṃ vyavasthitam | varuṇaṃ devarājaṃ ca yathāsthānam avasthitam ||
Aku memandang ke arah selatan, lalu kulihat Yama sendiri berdiri di sana dalam kesiagaan. Varuṇa dan Indra—raja para dewa—juga berada di tempat masing-masing, setiap seorang menempati arah yang telah ditetapkan baginya.
