अयं स काल: सम्प्राप्तो मित्राणां मित्रवत्सल | न च त्वदन्यं पश्यामि यो न आपत्सु तारयेत्,“मित्रवत्सल श्रीकृष्ण! मित्रोंकी सहायताके लिये यही उपयुक्त अवसर आया है। मैं आपके सिवा दूसरे किसीको ऐसा नहीं देखता, जो इस विपत्तिसे हमलोगोंका उद्धार करे
ayaṃ sa kālaḥ samprāpto mitrāṇāṃ mitravatsala | na ca tvadanyaṃ paśyāmi yo na āpatsu tārayet ||
“Wahai Kṛṣṇa, yang sentiasa mengasihi sahabat-sahabatmu! Saat yang menentukan untuk menolong sekutu kini telah tiba. Tiada seorang pun selain engkau yang aku lihat mampu menyelamatkan kami daripada bencana ini.”
