सुवर्णष्ठीविनोपाख्यानम्
The Account of Suvarṇaṣṭhīvin
आयुष्मान् मे भवेत् पुत्रो भवतस्तपसा मुने । न च त॑ पर्वत: किंचिदुवाचेन्द्रव्यपेक्षया
āyuṣmān me bhavet putro bhavatas tapasā mune | na ca taṁ parvataḥ kiñcid uvāca indra-vyapekṣayā |
Sūñjaya berkata, “Wahai Muni, dengan tapa brata tuan, semoga anakku berumur panjang.” Namun Parvata yang berhati agung, kerana mengingat Indra dan berhati-hati akan campur tangan kuasa yang lebih tinggi, tidak berkata apa-apa lagi.
