न हि संतर्जना तेन श्रुतपूर्वा कथठ्चन । राजभावेन मान्यश्व सर्वलोकस्य सो5भवत्,उसने पहले कभी किसी तरह ऐसी फटकार नहीं सुनी थी; क्योंकि राजा होनेके कारण वह सब लोगोंके सम्मानका पात्र था
na hi santarjanā tena śrutapūrvā kathaṃcana | rājabhāvena mānyaś ca sarvalokasya so 'bhavat ||
Dia tidak pernah mendengar teguran sedemikian dalam apa jua cara sebelum ini; kerana dengan kedudukannya sebagai raja, dia selama ini menjadi orang yang dipandang seluruh rakyat sebagai layak dimuliakan.
