धृतराष्ट्र-संजय-संवादः — दुर्योधनस्य ह्रदप्रवेशः

Dhṛtarāṣṭra–Saṃjaya Dialogue: Duryodhana’s Entry into the Lake

असिं दृष्टवा तथा च्छिन्न॑ प्रगृह्ा महतीं गदाम्‌

asiṃ dṛṣṭvā tathā chinnaṃ pragṛhya mahatīṃ gadām

Sañjaya berkata: Melihat pedangnya dipatahkan demikian, dia segera menggenggam sebuah gada yang besar. Dalam etika tugas di medan perang yang kejam, apabila satu senjata gagal, seorang pahlawan mesti pantas mencapai senjata yang lain—tetap teguh dalam azam di tengah keganasan yang kian memuncak.
