Droṇa’s Rebuke to Duryodhana after Jayadratha’s Fall (द्रोणेन दुर्योधनं प्रति प्रत्युक्तिः)
क्षोभयध्वं महावेगा: पवन: सागरं यथा । (इसके बाद उन्होंने फिर कहा--) 'सात्यकि और अर्जुनके न होनेपर ये कौरव तो कृतार्थ हो जायँगे और हम पराजित होंगे। अत: तुम सब लोग एक साथ मिलकर महान् वेगका आश्रय ले तुरंत ही इस सैन्य-समुद्रमें हलचल मचा दो। ठीक वैसे ही जैसे प्रचण्ड वायु महासागरको विकज्षुब्ध कर देती है”
kṣobhayadhvaṃ mahāvegāḥ pavanaḥ sāgaraṃ yathā |
Sañjaya berkata: “Goncangkanlah (angkatan musuh), wahai orang-orang yang sangat pantas, sebagaimana angin kencang mengocak lautan.” Kemudian dia berkata lagi: “Apabila Sātyaki dan Arjuna tiada, kaum Kaurava akan menyangka mereka telah berjaya, dan kita akan tewas. Maka kamu semua hendaklah bersatu serentak, bersandar pada kelajuan yang besar, lalu segera timbulkan gelora dalam ‘lautan tentera’ ini—seperti angin ribut mengamuk mengocak samudera.”
