लालितै: सतत राज्ञा दुर्योधनहितैषिभि: । “दुर्योधनका हित चाहनेवाले और विषके समान घातक उन प्रहारकुशल किरात-योद्धाओंके साथ भी संग्राम करूँगा, जिनका राजा दुर्योधनने सदा ही लालन-पालन किया है

Transliteration

lālitaiḥ satataṁ rājñā duryodhana-hitaiṣibhiḥ |

Translation

Sañjaya berkata: “Aku juga akan bertempur dengan para pahlawan Kirāta itu—yang sentiasa dipelihara dan disayangi oleh raja—yang setia kepada kepentingan Duryodhana, mahir dalam serangan, dan mematikan seperti racun.”
