रुद्र-स्तवराजः (Rudra-Stavarāja) — Exempla of Śiva’s Boons and the Hymn’s Phalaśruti
एवमन्ये विकुर्वन्ति देवा: संसारमोचनम् । मनुष्याणामृते देवं नान्या शक्तिस्तपोबलम्
evam anye vikurvanti devāḥ saṃsāramocanam | manuṣyāṇām ṛte devaṃ nānyā śaktis tapobalam ||
Vāyu berkata: “Demikianlah juga para dewa yang lain membebaskan diri daripada belenggu kewujudan duniawi—dengan memuji Tuhan. Bagi manusia, selain berlindung pada Yang Ilahi (Mahādeva), tiada kuasa lain, tiada kekuatan yang lahir daripada tapa, yang dapat membawa pembebasan daripada saṃsāra.”
