Duḥṣanta–Śakuntalā: Gandharva Marriage and Succession Condition
प्रणष्टं भारतं वंशं स भूयो धारयिष्यति । एतत् सोमवच: श्रुत्वा तथास्त्विति दिवौकस:
praṇaṣṭaṃ bhārataṃ vaṃśaṃ sa bhūyo dhārayiṣyati | etat somavacaḥ śrutvā tathāstv iti divaukasaḥ |
Vaiśampāyana berkata: “Dia akan memulihkan dan menegakkan kembali keturunan Bharata yang telah dibinasakan.” Mendengar kata-kata Soma itu, para dewa menjawab, “Tathāstu—Demikianlah hendaknya,” lalu menyetujuinya.
