अध्याय ९६: शरभ-प्रादुर्भावः, नृसिंह-दर्पशमनम्, विष्णोः शिवस्तुतिः, फलश्रुति

योगसिद्धिप्रदं सम्यक् शिवज्ञानप्रकाशकम् शेषलोकस्य सोपानं वाञ्छितार्थैकसाधनम्

yogasiddhipradaṃ samyak śivajñānaprakāśakam śeṣalokasya sopānaṃ vāñchitārthaikasādhanam

Ia menganugerahkan siddhi Yoga yang sejati serta menerangi sepenuhnya pengetahuan tentang Śiva. Inilah tangga bagi segala makhluk untuk melampaui dunia-dunia yang masih berbaki; dan ia sahaja menyempurnakan tujuan yang dihajati—moksha melalui Pati, Tuhan yang memutus ikatan pāśa pada paśu (jiwa).
