Suta Goswami (narrating to the sages of Naimisharanya)
It frames natural forces (water and wind) as obedient to the divine order of Pati (Śiva), supporting the Linga’s symbolism as the cosmic axis through which creation’s elements are regulated.
Śiva is indicated as Ambikā’s Guru—Jagadguru—implying the transcendent Pati who directs prakṛti’s movements while remaining the supreme guiding consciousness.
Implicitly, it points to Pāśupata-aligned prāṇa-tattva contemplation: wind (śvasana/prāṇa) and water as purifying currents, used in inner worship (mānasa-pūjā) and breath-centered discipline oriented to Śiva as Guru.
