Prākṛta-pralaya, Pratisarga Doctrine, and the Ishvara-Samanvaya of Yoga and Devotion

रुद्राणां कथिता सृष्टिर्ब्रह्मणः प्रतिषेधनम् / भूतिश्च देवदेवस्य वरदानोपदेशकौ

rudrāṇāṃ kathitā sṛṣṭirbrahmaṇaḥ pratiṣedhanam / bhūtiśca devadevasya varadānopadeśakau

Di sini telah dihuraikan pemancaran para Rudra serta pengekangan Brahmā (ketika beliau dihalang). Juga diterangkan keagungan Devadeva (Śiva) dan ajaran tentang penganugerahan anugerah (boon).
