Aśauca-vidhi — Rules of Birth/Death Impurity, Sapinda Circles, and Śrāddha Sequence
अनेनैव विधाने जीवन् वा श्राद्धमाचरेत् / कृत्वा दानादिकं सर्वं श्रद्धायुक्तः समाहितः
anenaiva vidhāne jīvan vā śrāddhamācaret / kṛtvā dānādikaṃ sarvaṃ śraddhāyuktaḥ samāhitaḥ
Dengan mengikuti tatacara ini dengan tepat, seseorang hendaklah melaksanakan upacara śrāddha walaupun ketika masih hidup; dan setelah menyempurnakan segala amalan seperti sedekah (dāna) serta persembahan yang berkaitan, lakukanlah dengan śraddhā (iman) dan minda yang tenang serta teguh.
