स बाधयामास सुरान् रणे जित्वा मुनीनपि / लब्ध्वान्धकं महापुत्रं तपसाराध्य शङ्करम्
sa bādhayāmāsa surān raṇe jitvā munīnapi / labdhvāndhakaṃ mahāputraṃ tapasārādhya śaṅkaram
Setelah menewaskan para dewa dalam peperangan, dia terus menindas bahkan para muni. Dan dengan memuja Śaṅkara melalui tapa (pertapaan), dia memperoleh Andhaka sebagai putera agung.
