गन्धर्वाणां किन्नराणां राक्षसानां च शान्तिदः । हृताधिकारा देवाश्च चरन्ति भिक्षुका यथा

gandharvāṇāṃ kinnarāṇāṃ rākṣasānāṃ ca śāntidaḥ . hṛtādhikārā devāśca caranti bhikṣukā yathā

Baginda adalah pemberi keamanan kepada para Gandharva, Kinnara, dan Rakshasa. Sementara itu, para Deva yang dilucutkan kuasa merayau-rayau seperti pengemis.
